Privacy Policy

The Controller of the processing of personal data is MYNT AI S.r.l.

No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed: for any matter concerning your data you can write directly to the address above.

AI Check-Up form. When you fill in the questionnaire on this site we collect:

• —First and last name
• —Email address
• —Company name and professional role
• —Company size, as a number of employees
• —Information about your operations, AI maturity and business goals
• —The free-text description of the needs you write to us
• —The record of the consents you gave

Technical browsing data. The hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) in system logs, in order to keep the site working and secure.

Measurement data. Only if you give your consent through the banner do we collect statistical data on how the site is used, through Google Analytics. You will find the details in the cookie policy.

The data entered in the form is sent by email to the MYNT AI company mailbox through the Microsoft 365 mail service. A courtesy copy with a summary of the request is sent to the email address you gave us. The data is not stored in any database on the site.

The parties that may process the data on our behalf or receive it are:

• —Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — company email service (Microsoft 365)
• —Vercel Inc. (USA) — site hosting and execution of the function that sends the email
• —Google Ireland Ltd. — site usage statistics, only where you have given consent
• —Collaborators and consultants of MYNT AI bound by confidentiality obligations
• —Competent authorities, in the cases provided for by law

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for the marketing purposes of other parties.

Some of the providers listed above are United States companies or belong to United States groups, and may therefore process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place on the basis of the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR — standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the provider's adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for more information by writing to info@myntai.it.

The fonts used by this site are hosted on our own domain: while browsing www.myntai.it your browser does not contact Google Fonts servers.

• —AI Check-Up form data: for as long as it takes to handle the request and, if a business relationship arises from it, for the duration of that relationship and the following five years, unless other legal obligations apply.
• —Consent to commercial communications: until the consent is withdrawn.
• —Technical logs of the hosting provider: according to the provider's own retention periods.
• —Statistical data collected with consent: according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics 4.

You can exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR at any time by writing to info@myntai.it.

A complaint may be lodged with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you habitually reside or work.

Providing the data requested in the AI Check-Up form is necessary in order for us to reply to you: without it we cannot act on the request. Consent to commercial communications and consent to statistical measurement are optional and do not affect the reply in any way.
