The Controller of the processing of personal data is MYNT AI S.r.l.

No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed: for any matter concerning your data you can write directly to the address above.

AI Check-Up form. When you fill in the questionnaire on this site we collect:

• —First and last name
• —Email address
• —Company name and professional role
• —Company size and annual turnover, as bands
• —Information about your operations, AI maturity and business goals
• —The free-text description of the needs you write to us
• —The record of the consents you gave

Contact form. When you leave us your details on the Contact page we collect:

• —First and last name
• —Email address and, if you choose to give one, a telephone number
• —Company name
• —The language of the page you write from
• —A record of the consents you gave

Trade fair booking form. When you book an appointment at our stand we collect:

• —First and last name
• —Email address and, if you choose to give one, a telephone number
• —Company name and professional role
• —Company headcount and turnover bands
• —The topics you want to discuss and the time slot you picked
• —Any notes you write to us
• —A record of the consents you gave

AI Thermometer at our stand. When you answer the AI Thermometer questions on a tablet at our trade fair stand we collect:

• —First and last name
• —Email address and, if you choose to give one, a telephone number
• —Company name and professional role
• —Company headcount and, if you choose to give it, turnover band
• —Your answers to the eight questions, all of them multiple choice
• —Who decides on a possible project, and when an on-site meeting would suit you
• —An internal note written by the person asking the questions, which does not appear in the report you receive
• —A record of the consents you gave

Until the tablet manages to send them — trade fair Wi-Fi being what it is — this data stays stored in the tablet's own browser, and is deleted from the device as soon as our server has received it.

Personal trade fair invitation. When you confirm a visit to our stand or your attendance at the networking aperitivo, by WhatsApp, by email or from the invitation page, we collect:

• —First and last name
• —Email address
• —If you choose to give them, your company and the day you plan to come
• —The choices made in the agent builder (department, task, rules), which make up the pass code and the link to the agent card
• —A record of the consent you gave

The invitation page sends no data to any server: the confirmation leaves from your own WhatsApp or email, with the text you see before sending it, and that is all we receive.

Technical browsing data. The hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) in system logs, in order to keep the site working and secure.

Measurement data. Only if you give your consent through the banner do we collect statistical data on how the site is used, through Google Analytics. You will find the details in the cookie policy.

The data entered in the website forms is sent by email to the MYNT AI company mailbox through the Microsoft 365 mail service. For the AI Check-Up and trade fair bookings a courtesy copy with a summary is sent to the email address you gave us, while for the contact form we send no automatic email; for trade fair appointments it also contains the file to add the appointment to your calendar. The booked appointment is also written to our company calendar, again on Microsoft 365, together with the details you gave in the form. The site itself keeps no database of its own.

The parties that may process the data on our behalf or receive it are:

• —Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — company email and calendar (Microsoft 365), where trade fair appointments are recorded
• —Vercel Inc. (USA) — site hosting and execution of the functions that send the emails and write the appointment to the calendar
• —Google Ireland Ltd. — site usage statistics, only where you have given consent
• —The organiser of the A&T Nordest Vicenza trade fair — receives the name and email address of our guests through the Digital Ticket platform, to send the invitation and register entry; from then on it processes the data as an independent controller, under its own privacy notice
• —Collaborators and consultants of MYNT AI bound by confidentiality obligations
• —Competent authorities, in the cases provided for by law

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for the marketing purposes of other parties.

Some of the providers listed above are United States companies or belong to United States groups, and may therefore process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place on the basis of the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR — standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the provider's adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for more information by writing to info@myntai.it.

The fonts used by this site are hosted on our own domain: while browsing www.myntai.it your browser does not contact Google Fonts servers.

• —Website form and AI Thermometer data (AI Check-Up, contact form, trade fair booking, checkup at the stand): for as long as it takes to handle the request and, if a business relationship arises from it, for the duration of that relationship and the following five years, unless other legal obligations apply.
• —Appointment written to the company calendar: it stays in the calendar until it is deleted, and in any case no longer than the periods given above for form data.
• —AI Thermometer data waiting to be sent: it stays in the browser of the tablet used at the fair until sending succeeds, and is deleted from the device as soon as the server has received it.
• —Name and email of trade fair guests: until the fair and the related follow-up are over, and in any case within the periods given above for form data. Retention on the organiser's platform follows its own privacy notice.
• —Consent to commercial communications: until the consent is withdrawn.
• —Technical logs of the hosting provider: according to the provider's own retention periods.
• —Statistical data collected with consent: according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics 4.

You can exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR at any time by writing to info@myntai.it.

A complaint may be lodged with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you habitually reside or work.

Providing the data requested in the website forms and in the AI Thermometer is necessary in order for us to reply to you, to schedule the appointment or to send you the report: without it we cannot act on the request. Consent to commercial communications and consent to statistical measurement are optional and do not affect the reply in any way.

We may update this notice. Changes are published on this page and the last-updated date at the top of the document is revised accordingly.
